Watts receives customer service award

North Andover, Mass. — Watts Water Technologies today announced that it was awarded the 2013 Outstanding Customer Service Award at the Interline Brands Partner Conference, August 21-24 in Orlando.

The award from Interline Brands recognizes the company’s achievements in customer advocacy, order processing support, training for Interline associates, brand development, strategic planning, and more.

Interline Brands, Inc. is a leading national distributor and direct marketer of broad-line maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products. Customers range from individual contractors and independent hardware stores to apartment management companies and national purchasing groups.
