It also offers maximum versatility, pairing with the RIDGID Press Booster, Press-In Branch Connector, StrutSlayrTM Strut Shear Head and Press SnapTM Soil Pipe Cutter.

“RIDGID has been the leader in press technology for decades and we’re proud to introduce our latest tool in the line, the RP 350, that was developed based on customer feedback and the growing need for enhanced tool ergonomics and jobsite efficiency,” said Michael Provenzano, Global Product Manager for Press Connections at RIDGID.

Weighing only eight pounds with the battery, the RP 350 features a brushless motor, known for maximizing tool longevity, while enhancing efficiency, durability and eliminating service intervals. It also increases presses per charge by up to 20 percent. Its 360-degree swivel is an industry-first, letting users make press connections quickly in tight spaces; brightest-in-class LED lights provide clear visibility in low-light situations; and its 18v battery platform includes a car charger for on-the-go battery charging. The RP 350 also pairs with the RIDGID Link app to track tool usage, service needs, battery life and last known location.

“The RP 350 is designed for contractor ease of use, not only from the standpoint of creating a quality press, but also to minimize contractor fatigue when using the tool. The RP 350 is lighter and more compact than its predecessor and comes with features like the 360-degree swivel that help put less strain on the body when working in tight spaces,” said Don Embree, Manager, Industrial Design for Professional Tools at Emerson. “Each of these features puts less impact on the body, for a more productive day and fewer muscle strain injuries.”

All RIDGID press tools, including the RP 350, come with the RIDGID Full Lifetime Warranty.

Milwaukee Tool continues to deliver ground-breaking Sawzall® blade solutions with the introduction of The Torch™ with Nitrus Carbide™ for Cast Iron. Engineered to cut up to 3x longer than existing standard carbide teeth reciprocating saw blades, the new blades can tackle even the toughest applications on the job like cast iron removals.

“When we introduced our Torch™ Carbide Blades in 2018, we disrupted the market and exceeded users’ expectations by delivering unparalleled versatility and life in extreme, thick metal applications,” said John Rossi, Vice President of Linear Edge Accessory Products for Milwaukee Tool. “Now we’re setting the bar once again by introducing Nitrus Carbide™, a unique carbide blend, to our widely popular metal-cutting Torch™ blades, giving them unparalleled speed and life in extreme, thick metal applications.”

The Torch™ with Nitrus Carbide™ for Cast Iron

The Torch™ with Nitrus Carbide™ blades are the next generation of carbide teeth technology. Constructed with a 7TPI design for fast starts and smooth cuts, large gullets for easy chip ejection, and a unique carbide blend, the Torch™Blades with Nitrus Carbide™ are designed to last the longest and cut the fastest in cast iron and other thick metals. The combination of these features also enables the new blades to outperform standard carbide teeth blades in common metal applications without sacrificing the life of their blade and with fewer blade changes.

Bacharach, an industry expert in gas detection and analysis instrumentation, introduces the Monoxor XR (extended range) hand-held exhaust gas analyzer for measuring CO (carbon monoxide) in ambient air or directly from the exhaust pipe of forklifts, floor burnishers or other equipment burning propane, gasoline, diesel, or CNG (compressed natural gas).

The Monoxor XR is the ideal instrument for verifying worker safety and achieving compliance with OSHA air quality regulations. It can also be used for engine tuning and diagnostics, resulting in improved equipment efficiency and fuel savings. The Monoxor XR provides visual and audible alarming for instant alerting of personnel to dangerous CO levels.

The expanded measuring range of 80,000 ppm allows technicians to test even the most poorly maintained equipment without risking damage to the gas sensor. Bacharach’s Combustion mobile app allows the user to quickly and easily create and send customizable emissions reports from their smartphones or tablets.

A specialized exhaust probe kit is available for direct connection to various exhaust pipe designs, and a magnetic rubber boot is available to provide a non slip, secure grip for hands-free testing.

The Monoxor XR employs Bacharach’s B-SMART® sensor technology for pre calibrated sensor replacement in the field – minimizing downtime, maintenance costs, and overall cost of ownership.

Delivers Fast, Fab Shop Quality Cuts in the Field; One-of-a-kind mobile cutter delivers burr-free strut cuts in five seconds or less.

RIDGID® is giving professional contractors a new tool to get jobs done faster and with fabrication-shop quality results. The new RIDGID StrutSlayrTM Strut Shear Head creates clean, square strut cuts free from chips and burrs with a single pull of the trigger—and in five seconds or less. Plus, it easily attaches to equipment many pros already have in their arsenal: the RIDGID RP 340 Press Tool.

The only mobile dedicated strut tool on the market, StrutSlayr is field-ready and designed for efficient operation. It’s also easy to use with its built-in measuring guide and 13/16-inch, 1-5/8-inch or combo quick- change dies. It’s also TRISTAND® mountable. With StrutSlayr, contractors get enhanced cut quality and safety—critical benefits on today’s jobsites.

“In the past, when contractors were working with strut in the field, they have either had to make cuts with tools not designed for strut or make additional trips to the fab shop for more cut strut. Either way, pros had to choose between quality cuts or getting the job done quickly,” said Mitch Barton, Director of Marketing for Global Press Connections at RIDGID. “With RIDGID StrutSlayr, contractors get both quality and efficiency. They don’t have to sacrifice a thing.”

The Rodrunner® sectional drain cleaner from General Pipe Cleaners offers great features contractors like – light weight, high speed cable rotation, and short quick-coupling cables.

Best of all, General’s versatile machine can handle the toughest clogs in 3”-10” lines – as far as 200 feet away. And it can be used in almost any location!

In tight spots, Rodrunner can be placed close to the drain opening. The guide hose safely contains cable to prevent damage to people and property.

On jobs with working room, save your back! Simply slide the cable into the chuck – and lock the jaws into place. Then walk Rodrunner, “lawn-mover” fashion, towards the drain – one cable section at a time.

A heavy-duty 3/4 hp motor with capacitor and overload protection spins the cable at 700 rpm – the ideal speed for self-feeding cables into lines and protecting against sudden torque build-ups. For additional safety, Rodrunner includes an adjustable slip clutch.

Sectional cables snap together in seconds – and disassemble quickly with a coupling wrench or coupling key. The open cable coils automatically screw into lines, helping clear stubborn stoppages with less effort.

Cables are also available in a variety of lengths and connectors for General and competing brands. With the recently developed “G” connector, no torque is put on the locking pin when running the machine in reverse, making it a more durable coupling.
