Roger Peugeot Named Vice Chair of PHCC Educational Foundation

The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association (PHCC) Educational Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of Roger Peugeot as Vice Chairperson. Peugeot was appointed at the Foundation Board of Directors’ meeting on Oct. 3 in Philadelphia, Pa. during CONNECT 2012, PHCC’s annual convention.
Peugeot is the owner of Roger the Plumber, a 13 truck plumbing business based in Overland Park, Kan. He took over the company in 1972 when his father passed away and built a thriving business model based on excellent customer service that that has proven successful for 40 years. He is currently laying the groundwork to make his exit, with his son Ryan to steer the now third generation family business.
Peugeot has been a PHCC member since 1971 and sat on the PHCC—National Association Board of Directors when the Foundation was established 25 years ago. His involvement stepped up in 2002 when he joined the Foundation Board of Governors; a group of contractors, manufacturers and other industry partners who are major contributors to the Foundation. This group works with the Foundation Board of Directors, committees and staff to develop and deliver the Foundation’s educational programs for contractors and their employees. He is also a current member of the PHCC—National Association Board of Directors. The Foundation Vice Chairperson position is a two-year appointment and appointees may serve up to two consecutive terms.
