Peachtree City, Ga. — Rinnai America Corporation, the number-one selling brand of tankless gas water heaters in North America, is launching a new product and showcasing a home automation center at this year’s International Builders’ Show (IBS) on February 19-21, 2019, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Rinnai is focused on showcasing their innovative thinking with the launch of its new I-Series Boiler. Rinnai will also feature a home automation center demonstrating how smart home devices integrate with its products. The popular interactive Virtual Reality (VR) product experience will give attendees a glimpse into the ease of installation of its Sensei Tankless Water Heater.

The I-Series Boiler for the residential market has a unique advantage to homeowners with the ability for simultaneous usage of home heating and domestic hot water production. That means, if the heat is running and someone in the home wants to take a shower, the heat is not interrupted as it is with many traditional boilers in existing homes.  The technology also includes an innovative bypass servo valve, which enables precise control of the hot water temperature.

This boiler is available in both combi and heat-only models and comes standard with multi-zone heating control.

“Rinnai is committed to enhancing lives by changing the way water is heated,” said Frank Windsor, President. “The new I-Series Boiler is further expanding Rinnai’s presence in the North American boiler market while meeting the needs of our customers.”

Home Automation Center

Rinnai will be showcasing how it’s Tankless Water Heaters sync up directly with smart home devices such as Amazon’s Alexa, Google Home and the Samsung SmartThings Hub in the Rinnai Home Automation Center in the IBS booth.

Rinnai is leading the tankless industry as the only manufacturer with home automation technologies that allow homeowners to control their tankless unit’s temperature as well as recirculation.

The Rinnai Virtual Reality Experience

The VR Experience returns to the Rinnai IBS booth this year. Making its debut in 2018, the 3-minute-long simulation has attendees don the latest HTC Vive VR Headset and hand controllers to virtually tear out a rusty old tank water heater and replace it with a new Sensei Tankless model. Surrounded by a virtual workspace, the user is guided by voice instructions on the updated installation process.

The Rinnai booth will also feature a coffee bar and a large collection of Rinnai products and innovations.
