- The New Resideo L1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector: senses water leaks, temperature changes and humidity, and sends an alert – either via the Resideo app or the device – when a leak is detected, or when the temperature or humidity levels are outside of a set range.
- The Resideo Braukmann L5 WiFi Water Leak Shutoff Valve: connects to the main water supply and can automatically turn off the supply to the home if a water leak is detected either by a sensor cable or a paired Resideo WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector.
