PlumbTech Design & Consulting LLC is looking for a person who has five (5) years of Autocad MEP experience doing detailed drafting/designing experience in plumbing, piping and medical gas for a hospital project.
This position will be responsible to produce accurate, and detailed construction coordination drawings on a timely basis. This person will need to be able to work with other contractors and take the lead with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process and perform piping layout and coordination on Design Assist projects.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
5 years experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D
5 years experience with Revit (2010, 2011 or 2012)
3 years experience with Navisworks
3 years experience with BIM
Thorough understanding of Michigan Plumbing Code
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Deadline oriented.
