The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) has named Milwaukee Tool as its newest PHCC Corporate Partner. An innovative industry leader providing professional heavy-duty tools, hand tools and accessories, Milwaukee Tool joins Bradford White, Federated Insurance, InSinkErator, Kohler Co. and Viega in this elite category of industry partners that support PHCC and its affiliates.
PHCC’s Corporate Partners make many programs possible that advance the professionalism and education of plumbing and HVACR contractors. For years, Milwaukee Tool has supported PHCC and the PHCC Educational Foundation, and has been a generous sponsor of the Foundation’s apprentice contests. The Wisconsin-based tool provider also is an active partner with PHCC’s state and local chapters, particularly the apprentice schools throughout the country.
“This partnership agreement with Milwaukee Tool signifies the company’s interest in elevating its support of PHCC, and is another example of Milwaukee Tool’s continued commitment to the plumbing and HVAC trade,” said PHCC President Charles “Chip” E. Greene. “Together, we will build and support educational programs and services that will help our members be a step ahead of the competition. We’re particularly excited about the opportunity to tap into Milwaukee’s expertise to expand PHCC resources focusing on safety, e-learning and workforce development.”
“We are extremely excited to have the opportunity to increase our partnership and support with an innovative organization like the PHCC,” said Bill Hughes, Milwaukee Tool’s Sr. Vice President, Job Site Solutions and Service. “Through our shared passion for the skilled trades, we feel this is a perfect partnership that will allow us to continue to ensure we provide innovative solutions for the plumbing and HVAC trades for years to come. It will require teamwork to educate and strategically drive the future of this industry. We look forward to collaborating with the PHCC and the other Corporate Partners on this common goal.”
