The Geothermal Exchange Organization (GEO) —the national trade association for the geothermal heat pump industry—invites review and feedback of its draft personnel qualifications, developed as part of a National Certification Standard for the ground source heat pump industry with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy.
Go to the Project Website at www.GHPNCS.org to download the draft document, which is formatted for easy reference to the various tasks associated with the design and installation of ground source heat pump systems. Several methods are available to submit comments and suggestions for changes or additions to the qualifications:
• Download the Comment Form on the website, then fill out and submit via email or U.S. mail,
or
• Email comments directly to comments@ghpncs.org
When providing feedback, please:
• Reference the line number and paragraph number of the reference document, and
• Explain the rationale for each suggested modification
Please pass along this information to everyone you feel can provide us with feedback and suggestions for modifications by the middle of June.
