A recently acquired subsidiary of plumbing and foodservice products manufacturer T&S Brass and Bronze Works, Inc., EnviroPure manufactures, markets and sells self-contained food waste elimination systems for industrial, commercial and institutional kitchens and foodservice operations. Their wet systems provide water-based, submersed environment decomposition that turns food waste into water that can be safely disposed of into municipal waste water systems; their dry systems provide substrate based decomposition with up to a 1500:1 reduction in food waste volume and weight. The result is total elimination of organic food waste with no odors, no sludge build-up and no system clean-outs required. EnviroPure systems can handle virtually any kind of organic food waste including vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and poultry, dairy products, bones, shells and pits, with complete decomposition typically occurring within 24 hours.
