Bowie, Md. — Crockett Facilities Services, Inc. (CFSI), a provider of integrated facilities services, mechanical contracting and heating and air conditioning (HVAC) services to commercial and government clients, made the Washington Business Journal’s Top Minority-Owned Companies list, ranking at 13 out of 25 companies. The rankings, for minority-owned businesses which have more than 50% minority ownership, are based on 2014 total revenue. The list was published in the February 27 edition of the journal.
Crockett Facilities Services, with sales of $27.2 million in 2014, is continuing to expand its customer base in the commercial real estate market, targeting commercial property managers in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
“We are pleased to be acknowledged as one of the leading minority-owned companies in the D.C. area,” commented Mike Ford, Crockett Facilities Services business development director. “Our strategy to meet the needs of commercial property managers and help them to maintain and improve their facility operations is what sets us apart and has contributed to our growth.
