AG: With all the constant changes within the industry, it becomes a challenge for contractors to stay up-to-date and know their available resources. This is in regards to product news, industry changes, and training. That’s why we have become VERY socially involved. By following USB, you will know all the great, new advancements at your fingertips, within seconds of releases!
MH: What are two tips you can provide that can help contractors as we move into the heating season? (Maintenance & check-ups, homeowner tips, service & repair, etc.)
AG: It’s crucial to stay informed about all product changes that you install. Keep a close relationship with your local rep and be aware of training opportunities in your area. Also, times are changing. With so many changes in such a busy world, don’t be afraid of social media. Social media, versus trade rags, is convenient for your schedule, full of fresh information, and easily customized with what information you want to hear about.
