Ariston RED Brings Rapid Response To Commercial Accounts Needing Emergency Service

Ariston USA, a part of Ariston Group, announced the formation of a rapid deployment program to serve commercial accounts in need of emergency service.

Ariston RED (Rapid Emergency Deployment) offers emergency replacement service in most areas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The service will offer rapid response to hotels, restaurants and other commercial businesses with water heaters so that they will not be forced to temporarily close. Ariston RED will deliver a new water heater, if required, in 6-8 hours.

Commercial customers will have access to a complete line of gas, electric, standard and high efficiency commercial water heaters from HTP and American Standard Water Heaters. Restaurants, hotels, schools, retail and assisted living facilities and more are eligible for the service.

“This program puts the end user at the forefront,’’ said Mike Carter, Ariston’s Commercial Business Development Manager. “We want to offer support the end users’ needs in an emergency and get replacement water heaters there as quickly as possible. That’s at the heart of what we’re doing.”
