GENERAL HVAC Solutions America, Inc. (formerly Fujitsu General America, Inc.) has introduced the single-zone AIRSTAGE Centauri XLTH to its H-Series R-32 heat pump line.
Centauri XLTH outdoor units are available in capacities between 30,000 and 48,000 Btu/h, and are compatible with existing Ceiling-Suspended, Multi-Position Air Handler, Mid-Static Ducted, and Large Cassette indoor units.
Designed for cold-climate applications, Centauri XLTH models feature a factory-installed base pan heater and provide low-ambient heating operation down to −15°F (-26°C). Cooling is provided at outdoor temperatures between -5°F to 122°F (-21°C to 50°C).
Centauri XLTH offers performance up to 13.7 EER2, 4.2 COP2, 23 SEER2, and 11 HSPF2. All system combinations within the Centauri XLTH family are ENERGY STAR®(ES), ENERGY STAR® Cold Climate (ESCC), and Most Efficient (ESME) certified.
The outdoor unit supports extended refrigerant line lengths of up to 246 ft (75 m), with factory pre-charged length of 98 ft (30 m). Centauri XLTH also includes self-diagnostics with error codes and corrosion-resistant coil coatings for durability. A base pan with drain ports/drainpipe prevents water buildup.
Using R-32 refrigerant, the Centauri XLTH minimizes environmental impact while delivering efficient performance and ease of installation. An INVERTER-driven compressor enhances comfort, energy savings, and overall efficiency. Many optional accessories are available, including Fujitsu’s wired remote controllers, wireless controllers, Building Management System (BMS) adapters, and more.
