Ideal for making connections on residential and commercial jobs, the RP 350 is compatible with the full line of RIDGID jaws and rings, the broadest portfolio of options in the industry, including: 1⁄2 – 4-inch ProPress® for copper and stainless steel, 1⁄2 – 2-inch PureFlow® for PEX, and 1⁄2 – 2-inch MegaPress® for carbon steel. It also offers maximum versatility, pairing with the RIDGID Press Booster, Press-In Branch Connector, StrutSlayrTM Strut Shear Head and Press SnapTM Soil Pipe Cutter.

“RIDGID has been the leader in press technology for decades and we’re proud to introduce our latest tool in the line, the RP 350, that was developed based on customer feedback and the growing need for enhanced tool ergonomics and jobsite efficiency,” said Michael Provenzano, Global Product Manager for Press Connections at RIDGID.

Weighing only eight pounds with the battery, the RP 350 features a brushless motor, known for maximizing tool longevity, while enhancing efficiency, durability and eliminating service intervals. It also increases presses per charge by up to 20 percent. Its 360-degree swivel is an industry-first, letting users make press connections quickly in tight spaces; brightest-in-class LED lights provide clear visibility in low-light situations; and its 18v battery platform includes a car charger for on-the-go battery charging. The RP 350 also pairs with the RIDGID Link app to track tool usage, service needs, battery life and last known location.

“The RP 350 is designed for contractor ease of use, not only from the standpoint of creating a quality press, but also to minimize contractor fatigue when using the tool. The RP 350 is lighter and more compact than its predecessor and comes with features like the 360-degree swivel that help put less strain on the body when working in tight spaces,” said Don Embree, Manager, Industrial Design for Professional Tools at Emerson. “Each of these features puts less impact on the body, for a more productive day and fewer muscle strain injuries.”

All RIDGID press tools, including the RP 350, come with the RIDGID Full Lifetime Warranty.
