As part of its longstanding effort to foster inclusivity and create an environment where women can excel in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, Bryant Heating & Cooling is holding its annual Women in HVAC event this week. Bryant is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies (NYSE: UTX).
The event, which has tripled in size since 2015, welcomed 160 women from the United States, Canada and Mexico to the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for three days of leadership and business development training, best practice sharing and fellowship. Women were nominated to attend the three-day workshop from throughout the Bryant organization as well as from its distributor and dealer channel. “This event is an invaluable opportunity for many of the women who represent the Bryant brand to convene and build upon our individual and collective strengths.
