The new and improved Safety-Set® features an antimicrobial additive that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, mold, and mildew — critical for peak kitchen safety. You can distinguish previous models from this enhanced version by locating the red shield icon in the center of the box that says “Antimicrobial Protection.”
Safety-Set® is designed to return caster-mounted kitchen equipment to a specific location after cleaning or maintenance. Safety-Set helps to ensure gas equipment is situated beneath the fire suppression or ventilation systems to comply with NFPA Codes 17A and 96.
Dormont has updated all Safety-Set product literature to reflect this enhancement.
