Fieldpiece Introduces New Analog Gauge Sets

In an industry increasingly defined by digital diagnostics and wireless measurements, there’s still one tool every HVAC technician knows how to use and regularly relies on: the analog gauge set. Recognizing that reality, Fieldpiece Instruments has introduced a new line of analog gauge sets built for the way technicians work.

The new Fieldpiece analog gauge sets are designed to handle the bread-and-butter tasks of HVACR service: system diagnostics, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing, and charging. For techs who need fast, reliable pressure readings without menus, batteries, or screens, these gauges deliver clear information at a glance.

Built for the Jobsite

Each gauge set features a rubberized protective housing engineered to withstand daily jobsite abuse and service-van wear. Both 3-port and 4-port models include an integrated sight glass to easily verify refrigerant flow and condition during service. A rotating pressure marker helps technicians track system target pressure or starting pressure during a nitrogen pressure test.

Refrigerant-Ready Flexibility

With refrigerants continuing to evolve, compatibility matters. Fieldpiece’s new analog gauge sets are compatible with A1, A2L, and A3 refrigerants. HVAC gauge sets include four refrigerant saturation temperature rings for R22, R32, R454b, and R410A, while refrigeration models support R134A, R404A, R407C, and R448A. That flexibility makes these gauges a practical choice for technicians servicing a wide range of systems without needing multiple sets.

Thoughtful, Time-Saving Design

Additional features include piston valves for precise control, high-grip valve knobs for confident adjustments, and hose seats that accept standard 1/4-inch hoses that may be swapped for optional 5/16-inch hose seats. A rotating hanging hook folds neatly into the housing for compact storage and easy hanging in tight spaces.

Why Techs Will Want Them

For HVAC technicians, the appeal is straightforward: these gauges are tough, easy to read, refrigerant-ready, and designed with real service work in mind. Fieldpiece’s new analog gauge sets offer reliability without overcomplication. They may be analog but they’re anything but outdated.

The new gauge sets are available now through authorized Fieldpiece distributors.
