Mechanical Hub is very proud to sponsor Anthony Jones at the 2016 PHCC CONNECT Plumbing Apprentice Competition. Jones says that he has always been goal oriented and he strives to do his best. “I hope this competition is one more goal I have set that I can achieve,” says Jones.
Jones recently finished the four-year PHCC Apprenticeship Program through Kirkwood Community College, Iowa City, Iowa. “Both my teachers and mentors at work have taught me the skills to be successful in this career,” says Jones.
Born in West Valley City, Utah in 1984, Anthony moved to Iowa in 1996. After graduating high school, Anthnoy went from driving a tow truck, to moving furniture, landscaping, and has now been with Mulford Plumbing and Heating Inc. for the past five years.
In his spare time, Jones enjoys the outdoors. “I like to hunt, go fishing, spend time camping with my wife, and enjoy being around friends.”
