WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition issues Call for Abstracts

Las Vegas — Professionals and other experts working in the field of water efficiency are invited to submit abstracts for the 6th Annual WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition, slated for October 2-4, 2013, in Las Vegas.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is Friday, January 18, 2013. Professionals, scientists, government employees, organizations, public and private institutions, policy makers, students and all others working in an industry related to water efficiency are invited to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, panel discussion or workshop.

Abstracts may be submitted via an on-line form at www.WaterSmartInnovations.com. A complete list of topics and submittal guidelines is available at the website. Candidates chosen as presenters will be notified by e-mail and postal mail no later than Monday, March 11, 2013.

In addition to the popular slate of professional tracks it has offered for the past five years, WSI is seeking papers for a timely new topic, “Water/Energy Production Nexus,” to debut in 2013. Other potential topics related to innovations in water conservation include:
