Viega Rewards program yields early success

Wichita, Kan. — Since its initial launch, the new Viega Rewards program has seen substantial growth and interest from installation professionals. The Viega Rewards program gives contractors the opportunity to earn points for each Viega purchase they make.

Since beginning in September, 2014, Viega customers have already accumulated nearly 1 million points. By registering on, customers can enter their rewards code numbers, track and redeem points for a variety of rewards, including the pressing tools and jaw sets, as well as sporting goods, electronics, trips and much more. Points accumulate with the registration of each qualifying product and rewards are calculated and distributed at the end of each month.

“This program lets us reward and connect with our customers in new ways. We’re always looking for ways to be more customer centric,” said Mark Parent, director of product management, heating and cooling, Viega. “The interest and participation in the Viega Rewards program lets us know that we’re on target in giving back to the contractors for their loyalty.”

The program’s success is measured by sales of included products and participation from both new and existing customers across the U.S. and Canada, as well as additional factors. The Viega Rewards program will continue to grow and changes with the needs of Viega customers.

“New products and services will continue to be added as the program expands. We look forward to rewarding customers even more for using trusted Viega products,” Parent said.
