Wichita, Kan. — Viega joins manufacturers around the U.S. participating in National Manufacturing Day on October 2, 2015. The day gives manufacturers an opportunity to show, in a coordinated effort, what manufacturing is — and what it isn’t.
Viega will feature facility tours, a job fair and demonstrations from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at its 439,000-square-foot facility in McPherson, Kan. This day is a perfect occasion for anyone wanting to learn more about Viega and the state-of-the-art products they produce. Registration is required to attend this event.
Currently, the company’s plastic product lines are manufactured at the McPherson facility and include Viega PEX systems including ViegaPEX™ Ultra tubing, Viega PEX Press fittings, Viega ProRadiant™ product lines as well as the Viega ManaBloc® homerun water distribution system and the Viega-assembled panels for easy radiant heating and cooling.
“Viega is proud to be part of the growing manufacturing process in Kansas,” said Robert Boots, COO, Viega LLC. “We hope everyone will take this opportunity to let us share Viega with you and show you how we contribute to your community.”
