The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA, Washington DC, US) has launched a new trade group to advance the solar heating and cooling industries in the United States.
The U.S. Solar Heating and Cooling Alliance (SHC Alliance) will work to develop a common vision for the industry and raise awareness with policymakers, potential customers, investors and financiers. Mike Healy of Skyline Innovations Inc. (Washington DC, U.S.) will serve as chairman of the SHC Alliance, with Matt Carlson of Sunnovations Inc. (McLean, Virginia, U.S.) serving as vice chairman.
