Peachtree City, Ga. — Rinnai Corporation announced that it has received the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Certification. The certification recognizes design and engineering support, component laboratory testing, manufacturing and assembly of residential and commercial water heaters, and space heating products and accessories.
Established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 9001:2015 standard provides a framework for an organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) built around the concept of continual improvement. The ISO 9001 certification allows organizations to identify and certify the key processes that will maintain and improve the quality of the in-scope processes.

Four Rinnai facilities have aligned to the ISO 9001 QMS standard: the Rinnai US Headquarters, Rinnai’s Manufacturing Facility in Griffin, Ga., Rinnai’s Distribution Facility in Peachtree City, Ga. and Rinnai’s Distribution Center in Sparks, Nv.
