Registrations are strong for the 4th Annual Women in Energy Conference from Sunday, May 19 to Monday, May 20 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. This event will coincide with the Eastern Energy Expo and feature an empowering two-day program filled with education and networking.
This year’s Conference theme is “Connecting, Empowering, and Succeeding.” Attendees will make valuable industry connections and gain strategies to take their careers to the next level.
The program will begin on Sunday with a panel discussion with industry leaders about empowering the next generation. Later that evening, attendees with gather for networking, dinner, and a keynote presentation by Tracey Jones, President of Tremendous Leadership. A service Academy graduate and decorated military veteran with twelve years in the Air Force, another ten in corporate boardrooms-plus an MBA in Global Management-and 12 years as a small business owner, Tracey has built an impressive career and a background that can relate to any audience. A believer in the value of lifelong learning, Tracey is in the research phase of her PhD in leadership. Her research focuses on the intersection of crisis management, followership, and self-motivation. Her keynote will focus on SPARK: Igniting the Greatness Within. On Monday morning, communications expert Ann Ward will give a seminar called Tough Conversations Made Easy. And in the afternoon, there will be a roundtable session about time-saving technology tools, a discussion about savvy investment strategies, and a session on best practices for running your business.
