Product elements, all in stock and available from Matco-Norca’s warehouses, include CS & SS Flanged Ball Valves, Threaded Ball Valves, Socket Weld Ball Valves and Gate Valves, SS Threaded Gate Valves, SS Globe Valves, SS Check Valves and SS Threaded Y Strainers, in one, two and three piece design with reduced and/or full port. CS & SS Ball Valves feature a choice of Flanged, Threaded and Socket Weld end connections, blow-out proof stems and locking handle or device availability.
CS & SS Steel Flanged Ball Valves conform to W.P. ANSI Class 150, ISO 5211 Direct Mount and API 607 Fire Safe Approved rating up to 6”. CS & SS Flanged Ball Valves are available in sizes ½” to 10.”
CS & SS Threaded Ball Valves have a W.P. 1000 WOG and W.T. -4°F – 392°F rating and a thread type in conformance with ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) and are available in sizes 1/4″ up to 4.”
CS & SS Socket Weld Valves have a W.P. 1000 WOG and W.T. -4°F – 392°F rating and their socket weld ends conform to ANSI B16.11 & DINB 3239 Part 2 and are available in sizes 1/4″ to 4.”
SS Threaded Gate Valves, Globe Valves and Check Valves have a W.P 200 WOG and W.T. -4°F – 392°F rating and a thread type in conformance with NPT, DIN259, DIN 2999, ISO228 Class A and are available in sizes 1/2″ to 2.”
SS Threaded Y Strainers have a W.P. 800 WOG and W.T. -4°F – 392°F rating and a thread type in conformance with ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), DIN 2999, ISO7/1 & EN10226 and are available in sizes 1/2” to 2”.
