U.S. Boiler warranty changes

The costs of condensing boiler warranty coverage have increased throughout the boiler industry as the installed base of high efficiency boilers has grown. Third-party extended warranty supplier, CornerStone United, reports significant increases in coverage costs throughout the boiler industry.

U.S. Boiler Company is changing its current extended warranty plans on Alpine and K2 series to reflect changes from CornerStone United.

Screen Shot 2015-12-21 at 1.39.21 PMEffective January 8th, 2016 the extended warranty plan on Alpine & K2 series will change from the currently offered 5 years, to 3 years for parts and limited labor on registered boilers. Note: The cut-off date is based on the online registration date which must be done on or before 01/07/2016, not the installation date.

The optional ten (10) year extended warranty is still available, and will be offered at a contractor cost of $460.
