While it is impossible to avoid being sued, and its not a matter of if, but more a question of when, if you do a good job of documentation, when it happens, you will be prepared to respond in a professional manner that will alleviate the possibility of giving away many of your hard earned dollars.

As a former Expert Witness, Mark Eatherton will tell you the secrets of what to do, and what NOT to do in your daily business that can have a significant impact should you be named in a legal action. No one is immune from the long reach of the law, but if you go in properly prepared, you increase your chances of winning. Mark is not a legal counselor, nor does he play one on the weekends. His advice is strictly that, common sense advice. If you are in need of legal counsel, by all means contact a lawyer to guide you through the efforts. If you want to learn some important details, attend this webinar.
