On Thursday evening, March 13, The Plumbing Museum hosted its first fundraising event, in celebration of World Plumbing Day (March 11).  The event, Looking Forward, Giving Back, raised roughly $30,000 for the Plumbing Museum, local trade schools, and the Building Pathways program. The event, titled “Looking Forward, Giving Back,” was held to raise money for the museum, several local vocational high schools, and Building Pathways, a trade-oriented workforce training program. The attendees included local plumbers, members of the board of the Plumbing Museum, and representatives from various construction vendors and general contractors. In total, the event raised roughly $30,000 in funds and in-kind donations.

Right: John Cannistraro thanked the sponsors of the event, along with everyone in attendance for supporting the future of the plumbing industry.
