More than 200 pros train at Viega event

Nashua, N.H. — Viega LLC hosted and trained more than 200 industry professionals at its 2016 Nashua Educational Facility Open House event at its educational facility in Nashua, N.H.

Viega’s annual open house provides attendees the opportunity to see its Nashua training facility where thousands of professionals in the plumbing, HVAC and pipe-joining industries receive training each year. Attendees receive a Viega technical services team meet and greet, a training and services offering overview and discounts toward future training packages.

 This year’s open house had more than 300 registrants, and more than 200 contractors, wholesalers, engineers and other attendees received product demonstrations from Viega throughout the day. Participants were also able to attend training sessions, such as “Hydronic Piping Using Viega MegaPress® and Viega ProPress®” and “NFPA 13D PEX Fire Sprinkler.”

“The open house serves as a fun and informative opportunity for industry professionals to get a glimpse into the innovative and expansive training programs we offer at Viega,” said Jason McKinnon, director of technical services, Viega. “Viega is proud to have hosted so many attendees at this year’s Nashua Educational Facility Open House. We enjoyed great weather for the event, excellent food with a pig roast and gave away several prizes including press tools and jaws for Viega press systems.”
