North Olmsted, Ohio — Moen Incorporated announced the promotion of Kevin Campbell to vice president and general manager of its Commercial Business Unit, effective immediately.  The announcement was made by Mike Bauer, president of Moen’s U.S. Businesses.

In his new role, Campbell will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for Moen’s Commercial faucet business.  Campbell replaces Tim Baker, who previously held the dual position of Moen’s vice president-Information Technology and vice president/general manager of the Commercial Business Unit.  Baker will now devote his time fully to Moen’s IT needs as vice president – Information Technology.

“Kevin started his career with Moen more than 15 years ago, and has a demonstrated track record of increased responsibility and success,” said Bauer.  “For the past two years, Kevin has led Moen’s Wholesale Marketing Team as senior director of Wholesale Marketing, where he was integral in creating an increased focus on comprehensive and cross-discipline strategic rigor while emphasizing business unit alignment and engagement.  Kevin has proven his strength as both a strategic thinker and a leader – and is well positioned to take on this promotion.”

Prior to his role in Wholesale Marketing, Campbell spent four years as Moen’s director of retail marketing, leading all elements of Moen’s Retail Marketing group, driving significant gains with both adjacent category growth and new customer acquisition.  Before working in marketing leadership, Campbell led several of Moen’s product management teams in a variety of roles, each with increased responsibility.

Campbell earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
