Milne Plumbing & Heating church retrofit

Established in 1979, Milne Plumbing & Heating, Manchester, Mass., has served residential and commercial clients. Founder Scott Milne holds both Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber designations and employs 10 skilled plumbers.

Scott recently submitted some images from a church jobsite renovation:

Formerly a steam application at a nearby church, Scott Milne of Milne Plumbing and Heating Inc. removed steam boilers and replaced them with two 95% efficient Lochinvar Knight boilers (KB-211) with a Wilo Eco Stratos circulator that adjusts its flow according to how many zones ask for heat.

Buderus panel radiators were installed in some of the offices, replacing electric baseboard, which was being used.
