Grundfos appoints Bill Crooks as customer service director

Bill Crooks has joined Grundfos Pumps Corporation as Customer Service Center Director responsible for overseeing customer service and applications engineering teams at the company’s Olathe, Kansas facility. Crooks brings extensive staff leadership experience to the global pump manufacturer. Roughly 100 employees operate out of the 58,000-square-foot Kansas City facility, including those in the company’s finance, customer service and engineering departments.
