• Hilti Hollow drill bit:  multiple sizes and lengths available; table 1 compliant when used with a Hilti vacuum; allows for zero manual hole cleaning installation of certain Hilti chemical anchors
• DCD dust collector:  a cylindrical chuck adapter that collects the overhead dust as it falls out

Fieldpiece Instruments introduces the SRS3 Wireless Refrigerant Scale.  The scale delivers accurate measurements for residential or light commercial facilities and sends those measurements either to the SRS3 remote handle, or starting August 2017, directly to the Fieldpiece Job LinkTM mobile app to record and document refrigerant use.

The sealed platform of the SRS3 is made of heavy-duty aluminum and is water-resistant so can be used even in the rain. The scale measures refrigerant tanks up to 252 lbs., and displays in ounces only, grams only, pounds only, kilograms only, or both ounces/grams and pounds/kilograms.  The SRS3 delivers accurate measurements over the life of the product in a lightweight but heavy-duty design due to its thick aluminum walls. Slotted rubber pads protect against impact and allow for any size refrigerant bottles to be held firmly in place.

The SRS3 features a remote with a bright blue backlight for use in poor lighting conditions. The remote will automatically pair with the platform with no manual sync required. The strong magnetic hinged top allows technicians to hang the remote at eye level while charging or recovering. After use, the remote stores safely in the platform.
